My favorite feature is the Ideas/Sketch/Swatches section. More often than not, I find fabric I love long before I find a pattern to use the fabric with. I can clip a swatch of fabric in the ideas/Swatches section then jot a note about what I think that fabric may work well for (cloth napkins, baby bibs, Christmas stockings, etc.) Now my idea is saved without having to set the fabric aside until I get to it. This will not only keep your thoughts organized but also inspire you when you’re in need of a inspiration!

Using Your Sewing Planner

Using this sewing planner is easy! Download the printable, print it then start filling it in. I suggest repurposing an old, unused 3 ring binder to keep your planner sheets in. Make a nice cover for it and keep it near your sewing machine. It will be a nice visual reminder of your projects and goals.
